Cancellation & Refund Policy

Eric Layman, Evidential Medium LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides private sittings, classes, and mentorship — all delivered online. We do not sell physical products, so this policy covers services only.

Private Sittings (Mediumship, Psychic, Spiritual Assessment, Combo)

• A credit card is required to reserve a sitting. A deposit equal to 50% of the service price is charged at booking; the remaining balance is due at your appointment.
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and no-shows, are charged 100% of the service fee.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be contacted by email as soon as possible to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Classes, Masterclasses, and the Deep Dive Intensive

Registration and payment for these offerings are processed through Wix.

• Cancel at least 7 days before the class start date for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, as your seat may not be able to be filled from a waitlist in time.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a full refund or transfer to a future date.

Practice Circles

Practice Circle visits are sold as single sessions or discounted packages. Because each session is low-cost and drop-in by nature, purchased visits do not expire and may be used for any upcoming session; if you cannot attend a specific date, simply use your visit for a future one.

Year-Long Mentorship Program

This program involves a deposit and installment payment schedule processed through Stripe. Terms specific to this program, including deposit refundability, are provided during the application and enrollment process.
