These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services offered by Eric Layman, Evidential Medium LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as Eric Layman, Evidential Medium. By using our website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide private mediumship and psychic sittings, spiritual assessments, live online classes, masterclasses, intensives, and mentorship. All services are delivered online, primarily by Zoom. We do not sell physical products.

2. Entertainment & Informational Purposes

Our services are provided for entertainment, personal growth, and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, contact with any particular person, or the accuracy of any information received during a session. Decisions you make based on a sitting, class, or mentorship session are your own responsibility.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings and payments for most services are processed through Wix. The Year-Long Mentorship Program’s deposit and installment payments are processed through Stripe. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

4. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to book a sitting, register for a class, or otherwise use our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, course materials, and recordings — is the property of Eric Layman, Evidential Medium LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or distributed without our permission.

7. Conduct

We reserve the right to decline service, cancel a booking, or remove a participant from a class if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, or violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eric Layman, Evidential Medium LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Our website and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Governing Law
